On September 17th, the 1st Meeting between DCs and Supervisors of the MSCA-DN YAF was held at the CIEMAT facilities in Madrid, Spain.
For this inaugural session, we were joined by Lior Noy and Thomas Frick, trainers from hfp consulting (YAF’s Associated Partner), who guided Supervisors and DCs through:
- Establishing the framework for future training and collaboration within the programme
- Facilitating interactive and engaging introductions
- Agreeing on common goals and how to achieve them
- Gaining insights into the key elements of successful collaboration
Through a combination of innovative techniques, interactive games, and enthusiastic participation, the workshop proved to be a resounding success for both Doctoral Candidates and Supervisors.
