From October 22 to 24, several members of the YAF Doctoral Network took part in the 1st Edition of the Yeast in Bioeconomy Conference, an international event that brought together researchers, professionals, and innovators committed to advancing a sustainable and circular bioeconomy through yeast-based technologies.
